As a photographer, my goal is to capture the moments, the emotion, even the tears but most especially, the love. For both family and maternity sessions, we’ll start our session an hour+ before sunset so we can take advantage of that soft, golden sunlight as the sun slips beneath the sky. I always capture classic portraits of everyone looking at the camera first and then the rest is comprised of candid moments of you and your family playing, laughing, running, hugging, being. I also always make it a point to be sure to get all combinations of family members together.

Newborn
$900
One of the most magical times in a person’s life is when they welcome home their sweet brand new babe. Pending how recovery is going for both mama and baby, photo sessions are tentatively booked on a date that is comfortable with the family. Once baby arrives, I request to be notified ASAP so we can finalize our date together and I can coordinate childcare on my end and rearrange my schedule if necessary. Ideally, I love to do newborn sessions within the first 5-10 days of their life. This just captures them at their tiniest and most sleepy period in their life. They’re also able to be moved about more without being disturbed as much and are most flexible for some of those cute newborn poses. You’d be surprised at how alert they become with each passing day! If you prefer more awake, interactive images of your baby and family, then the session can take place anytime within the first three months.

FAQs
How Do I Book My Session?
After we’ve connected and you’ve decided to move forward with reserving your session, I’ll send over my contract, invoice and ‘What to Expect’ document for your review. Once the contract is signed and the $300 nonrefundable deposit is paid, your session will officially be saved on my end as I have a strict limit with how many sessions I can take on per month solely due to being a busy mom to three littles.
* I do recommend booking in advance as I book out a few months ahead of time especially in the late summer and Fall. I do not book any photo sessions from the second week of November through January 1st.
I Booked My Session, Now What?
Once your session in finalized, we’ll connect about your vision and what you ideally want from your session. We’ll discuss location ideas and work closely together to build your families wardrobe (You’d be surprised just how much of an added impact the attire can play within a session!).
How Are My Images Delivered?
Photos are delivered to my clients by way of an online gallery. This enables my clients to share the gallery with family and friends and furthermore anyone who views the gallery is able to download individual images and/or the entire gallery should they please. All images within the gallery are downloaded at the highest resolution so they’re the best quality. Additionally, through the gallery, my clients can place a print order for all the photos they’d like to have professionally printed. While my clients have printing rights to their images, I do not recommend printing through companies such as Rite Aid, Wallgreens, Target, Shutterfly, etc. as the quality of their machines truly never does the photos justice. I am partnered with a professional printing company who does exceptional work at a reasonable rate and provides quality printing that anyone would be proud to have hanging on their gallery wall within their home.
Galleries are saved online for six months from the session date.
